Our Journey

Founded in 1985, Shah Group began with the establishment of one of Bangladesh’s pioneering private rubber plantations in Sylhet. What started as a vision rooted in agriculture and natural resources gradually evolved into a diversified business enterprise serving multiple industries across the country.

Building upon its expertise in rubber cultivation and manufacturing, the Group expanded into the production of industrial and consumer rubber products, laying the foundation for sustained growth and innovation. Over the decades, Shah Group diversified into sectors including agriculture, manufacturing, technology, trading, and industrial solutions through ventures such as Shah Halima Agro, Shah latex Industry, Shah Urban Technologies, and Shah Trading House.

Today, Shah Group continues to expand its legacy through new ventures, including the development of a landmark destination resort on the historic Shah Rubber Garden estate.
