Where privilege meets purpose
Gracious Givers was initiated by Shah Group founder’s son at the age of 15 years with a heart and willingness to change. What began as kindness all too soon escalated to a movement that encouraged students to step out of their comfort zone and serve humanity. Following Shah Group values, Gracious Givers originated as a movement initiated by students to help serve less fortunate communities. It started with only 18 volunteers who sought to bridge the gap between wealthy kids and less fortunate kids. Gracious Givers not only gives help but also educates young people on the plight of the disadvantaged. It instills that privilege comes with responsibility and that doing little can spark big change.

Where privilege meets purpose
Hot Wheels Bangladesh was founded by a 17-year-old whose dream began at age 11. When his mother allowed him only one Hot Wheels car with his Eidi money, he looked at it and said, “One day, I’ll buy the entire company.” That single limitation sparked a lifelong fascination and determination for cars. Years later, his father, the founder of Shah Group and an automobile enthusiast, made a deal: “If you score an A* in your o’levels on any subject, I’ll buy you a project car for one lakh taka, and I’ll teach you how it works.” Motivated, he earned the A*, but his father’s busy schedule kept the promise unfulfilled. That disappointment reignited the old childhood frustration, but instead of giving up, he turned it into action. At 17, he began selling premium, collectible Hot Wheels cars, gradually growing it into Hot Wheels Bangladesh, the country’s first and largest platform for authentic Hot Wheels collectors.

Desi Gains was initiated with a mission to deliver authentic fitness supplements to all people of Bangladesh. Fed up with spurious or costly imported materials, a team of young bodybuilding enthusiasts established Desi Gains as a 100% web-based business, with quality, price and trust as their slogan. Each product sold is genuine and lab-tested, bought directly from licensed distributors or licensed manufacturers. From protein powder and pre-workouts to multivitamins and creatine, everything is sold on the site, with national fast shipping and safe payment. It’s more than a store; Desi Gains is a movement that inspires and empowers Bangladesh’s next generation of fitness enthusiasts to achieve real, healthy gains the desi way.

Valuxe DHK was founded by the daughter of Shah Group’s founder and her best friend, with the dream of bringing modern, trend inspired fashion to Bangladesh. They envisioned merging international style with local tastes to create fashionable yet unique pieces. After its acquisition by Shah Group founder’s son, Valuxe DHK embraced the philosophy of “Value for Luxury,” condensing its brand and market understanding. The brand now trades in old-money-type clothing, minimalist hoodies, and high end basics, redefining modern luxury in Bangladesh. Valuxe DHK continues to grow, keeping tight to its vision: luxury that is attainable, timeless and valuable.
